Earlier this week, I had the pleasure of spending some time in Denver with marketers from the American Banking Association.  I was excited to do this not just because it meant crossing paths with Barack Obama and his huge crew of security in our hotel, but because I was coming at the invitation of Eric Lucero of Umpqua Bank - WOM darlings of the banking industry located in Oregon, Washington, and California.
